Furthermore AMSE is also not responsible for any damage resulting from destructive features (e.g. viruses) which may adversely impact your hardware, software or equipment.


If you suspect any unauthorized transactions on your account, please contact us on 04-3696611 as soon as possible to enable us to protect your account by suspending your internet access. If you fail to do so, you may be rendered liable for these transactions which you may not otherwise be liable for.


In the event of prevalence of other unexpected risks, beyond the Bank’s control, that would result from the internet, such as communication or power failures, equipment breakdown or defects, there may be a delay or inaccurate transmission of transactions/ requests conducted through the internet. The Bank will not be responsible for losses you may incur due to such delays– unless the Bank is proven to be negligent in this aspect.
